1:1 Personalized Sessions (via Zoom)

Herbal & Supplement Guidance
I’ll recommend natural solutions—like Chinese herbal formulas and evidence-based supplements—to support your hormonal balance, sleep, mood, and energy.

Functional Lab Recommendation and Review (Optional)
If you have hormone panels, DUTCH testing, thyroid labs, or other functional test results, I’ll review and interpret them from a holistic perspective to guide your plan.
