If your teenager is struggling with anxiety, stress, or recovering from a sports injury, you already know that finding the right support isn’t easy. Medication isn’t always the answer, and talk therapy alone doesn’t always reach the body.

Acupuncture works with the whole person body, mind, and nervous system.

Teens and young adults respond beautifully to it. In fact, young people often see results faster than adults because their systems are so responsive.

Dr. Krystal creates a safe, welcoming environment where young people feel comfortable and cared for.

A parent or guardian is welcome to attend all sessions, especially the first visit.

Krystal treated my high school son after he pulled his hamstring while preparing for the long jump. We were amazed at how quickly he recovered and how much better he felt after just a few treatments. He was surprised by how much he actually enjoyed acupuncture!
